Thai Kratom Feedback Round
We’re extremely excited to introduce our authentic Thai Kratom leaf in this limited feedback round! We’ve been working with our partners in Thailand over the last year sourcing leaf from around the country to try to bring unique leaves from this part of the world to our menu. This has been a wonderful process and we truly feel blessed to get to experience and learn more about the Thai culture and tradition.
However, because we care so deeply about you, our customers, we will never sell anything we don’t stand by 100% and that you all don’t absolutely love. The truth about Kratom from Thailand is that, due to the prohibition that was just lifted in 2018, the industry is in its relative infancy. Most of the Old Growth trees in Thailand were unfortunately cut down and large scale legal agriculture is just starting to really take off. It will take some time for trees to mature, the manufacturing processes to become standardized, drying processes to be formulated and the industry to catch up to some of their Small Batch Indonesian counterparts – who are both harvesting wild trees and leaves from multigenerational family farms.
Our personal experience with the Thai leaf has been split. We have found these powders to have bright, uplifting, and extremely clean feeling effects that are smooth and medicinal, but we do personally feel they are potentially more subtle in comparison to our Indonesian leaf. It’s possible they may be preferred more by moderate and recreational users or those who like their dose to be effective and extremely balanced. We’ve also found them to be effective at switching up alkaloid profiles and lowering tolerance to our Indonesian offerings.
Because at WildCraft we truly are a family, we are holding a “Feedback Round” at heavily reduced pricing to allow all of us to sample these unique leaves from a mysterious and wondrous part of the world for ourselves and decide together if they should stay on our menu permanently!
