I love these capsules! Capsules are great for when you’re out of juice or lemonade to mix your powder into! They’re also great for after tooth-brushing, which I do a little obsessively. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for the gelatin to dissolve for me, depending on if I’ve eaten. Highly recommend!
