Directions :
Mix the recommended dose (25 – 50mg) of Kanna Powder into a liquid of your choice or place powder directly under your tongue and let sit for 15 minutes. Recommended dose is 25 – 50 mg or 1 – 2 level scoops from the larger end of the provided spoon. We suggest using a milligram scale for exact measurement. As with all substances start low and slow and work your way up to an effective dose.
Effects typically are felt within 10 -30 minutes.
